Ingredients

    1/4 C. Yellow Cornmeal
    1/3 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 32oz. Jar Hamburger Dill Pickles
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish or pie plate. Stir well. Press pickle slices between paper towel until barely moist, dredge in cornmeal mixture. Place pickles on large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Lightly coat pickles with cooking spray. Bake for 12 min or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 min. Serve with ranch dressing.
