Ingredients

    2 chicken sausages (Hillshire farms chicken hardwood smoked sausage)
    2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
    2 medium summer/yellow squash
    2 medium zucchini

Tips

serve over rice, or quinoa if you want. the nutrition is without rice or quinoa you will need to add separately if you use


Directions

cut up sausage into bite size pieces and brown in large deep skillet. while sausage browns, dice squash and zucchini. add squash, zucchini, and stewed tomatoes to sausage and cook until vegetables are tender.
