Introduction

Ingredients

    2 C whole wheat flour
    2.5 tsp baking powder
    3 tbsp sugar
    dash salt
    2 tbsp oil
    1 average banana, mashed
    1 C Greek yogurt
    .5 c milk

Tips

Can use 2 eggs in place of mashed banana, reduce or increase sugar to taste, but it will affect nutrition info. I also add various spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, &/or cardomom depending on my mood


Directions

Combine Flour, baking powder, salt & sugar in one bowl. Mash banana in large bowl, add yogurt, oil & milk to mashed banana, stir to combine. Add dry ingredients to wet, stir until just combined, lumps are oK. Drop 1/4 c batter onto griddle or skillet & cook until bubbles appear & pop on top of pancake, flip pancake & cook on the other side until it is golden brown as well
