    3 Tbsp Flour
    2 cup Skim Milk
    1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Tuna (canned in water, drained)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt margarine in pan. Add flour and cook a few minutes until nice and frothy, stirring continually. Add milk and stir with a whisk to break up all the lumps. When mixture starts to boil, add shredded cheese all at once. Stir until cheese is melted. Stir in tuna. Add cooked noodles and peas. Season to taste. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes to blend flavors. Check seasoning and adjust if needed.
