Directions
Serving Size: 6 servings
trim stew meat. place in large plastic zip lock bag with flour garlic powder and pepper to taste. shake until meat is evenly covered. heat olive oil in large cast iron skillet and brown stew meat. place in crock pot. soak 1lb bag of dried black beans overnight, rinse and place in crock pot with stew meat.
coarse chop yellow onion and yellow sweet peppers add onion peppers and chicken stock to crock pot and turn on low.
make fresh salsa: in blender place tomatoes red onion 4 cloves garlic jalapeno peppers cilantro and juice from 1 lime blend thouroughly and add salsa and remaining seasonings to crock pot. cook on low for 8 hours
