    1 cup red cabbage chopped
    1 cup green cabbage chopped
    3 celery stalks chopped
    3 medium carrots chopped or julienned
    sprinkle of sunflower seeds or other protein on top
    2 tsp of Italian dressing drizzled over

    I put all ingredients in a large gallon Ziploc baggie and shake before serving in nice bowl
