Ingredients

1 pound lean ground turkey
1 medium yellow onion
1 medium green bell pepper
1 pound mushrooms
1 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
Directions
cut onions and sautee with butter or olive oil on medium heat until translucent.
cut bell pepper and add to onions. sautee until soft.
cut up mushrooms (if you didn't buy presliced) and add to onions and bell peppers until they turn dark bown.
put aside.
brown ground turkey in the pan you sauteed veggies.
add veggies back to ground turkey. add can of diced tomatoes and seasoning to taste.
you can top with some romaine lettuce and cheese if desired.
