Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
black pepper
1 pound tilapia
marinate the fish in the above ingredients for 20 minutes, then grill.
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
2 tbsp low fat mayo
2 tbsp chipolte pepper
mix the above together to make a sauce to spread on the tortilla
8 6-inch corn tortillas
1.5 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
top with the above ingredients
