Ingredients

    1 lg onion chopped
    12 oz hot Italian Sausage bulk
    12 oz sweet Italian Sausage bulk
    4 or 5 Yukon Gold Potatoes diced
    1 32oz box Kitchen Basic Chicken Stock
    2 cups water
    1 TBLS Oregano
    1 TBSS Balis
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1.5 cups Half & Half

Directions

Saute onion and sausage till all pink is gone. Drain and add potatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Add Chicken stock and cook till potatoes are tender. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add kale and continue to cook 10 more minutes. Turn off heat and add half & half just before serving
