Ingredients

    2 Cups Macadamia Nuts (roasted)
    3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    Pinch of Salt

Tips

You will know the butter is done when it developed a sheen on top or oil. You are simply blending until the nuts release their oils.


Directions

Roast Macadamia nuts for 10 - 12 minutes at 325 degrees. Keep an eye on them to make sure they do not burn. Place roasted nuts, coconut oil, and salt in food processor and blend until smooth. Honey or sugar can be added for sweetness if desired but adjust nutrition accordingly.
