    1.00 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia), Cabbage - Raw
    1.00 medium, Yellow Squash
    1.00 small, Raw
    1.00 cup, pieces or slices, Mushrooms - Raw
    0.25 cup julienne carrots, Julienne

    2.00 clove, Garlic
    4.00 TBSP (15mL), Lite Soy Sauce
    2.00 tsp(s), Sesame Oil
    2.00 oz(s), Onions - Sweet, raw
    1.00 tsp, Spices - Pepper, black
    1.00 tbsp, Spices - Garlic powder

Directions

Fry ground turkey, onion, garlic cloves, and carrots until turkey is done.

Add squash, cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms, sauces and spices, Mix well.

Cook until the vegetables are done but not too soft.
