Ingredients

    9 eggs separated
    8 slices of bacon cooked on oven tray
    mushrooms steamed in skillet with salt and pepper
    shredded cheddar 1 cup

Tips

let cool slightly before removing from tins. put in cupcake liners to serve. may be frozen.


Directions

Beat whites til stiff, fold in beaten yolks then shredded cheese.
break up cooked bacon and put in the bottom of well greased muffin tins. add the mushrooms, then fill the tins with the egg cheese mixture. Bake 12 - 20 minutes at 325
