Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup berries ( I use a frozen triple berry blend)
Wet ingredients
1 egg
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups 1% milk or Almond milk
1 banana
Tips
Can add 4 tablespoons of chocolate chips for extra sweetness
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. Dump into a greased 9X13 inch pan.
In separate bowl mix together wet ingredients. Pour wet mixture over the oatmeal mixer. Making sure to distribute evenly. Slice the banana and spread on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it looks fully cooked.
