    1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    ! small can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice, drained
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping, thawed
    2 prepared graham cracker crusts


For lower-calorie servings, divide pies into 8 servings instead of 6 servings. 1/8 = 256 calories. Allow time to thaw Cool Whip for several hours or overnight in refrigerator.


Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, pineapple, and pecans. Fold in Cool Whip. Fill the two pie crusts with mixture. Chill in refrigerator 3 hours or until firm.
