Introduction

I use a VitaMix for my smoothies I use a VitaMix for my smoothies
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz Chobani Greek nonfat plain yogurt
    2 c whole fresh strawberries
    1 c kale
    1 c frozen blueberries
    1 c frozen strawberries

Tips

When using the VitaMix I do not destem the fresh strawberries

Use very ripe berries and you do not need any sweetener or less of it

I use frozen strawberries instead of ice - ice will water down the smoothie

Try different fruit combinations


Directions

add all non-frozen ingredients to VitaMix and blend until smooth.
Add frozen blueberries - blend until smooth
Add frozen strawberries - one at a time while blending until desired consistency is acheived

Serving Size: 2 - 16 oz servings
