Ingredients

2 oz. Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Pasta Rotini
1 Shady Brook Farms Hot Italian Sasuage, cut into bite sized pieces
12 oz Shrimp (raw)
1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Large Onion, chopped
2 Red Peppers, chopped
.25 cup Mushrooms, chopped
3 cups Water
Olivio Buttery Spray
Adobo
Sazon
Directions
1 - Set pasta to cook in boiling water and then leave it alone!
2 - Spray Olivio buttery spray at bottom of pot and added garlic cloves.
3 - When garlic starts to cook, add a bit of water
4 - Add onion, peppers, and mushroom, then stir. Add some more water and then cover, leaving it on low heat.
5 - In a separate pan cook sausage with buttery spray. Once cooked, add to vegetables. Do the same with shrimp.
5 - Check on your pasta. Once done, drain 2/3 of the way and add pasta and water to main dish.
6 - Season with Adobo and Sazon to taste.
7 - Let simmer for about 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
