Ingredients

    1 can Cut Green Beans
    1 can Cut Wax beans
    1 can Red Kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
    2 med Onions (sliced)

    1C bean liquid
    1 1/2C White Vinegar
    2 1/4C Sugar
    1/2C vegetable oil
    dash salt

Tips

The nutrition info is scaled a bit because there is always liquid left over after eating the salad...I've included about 1/4 of the liquid to account for absorption and inclusion in servings


Directions

Layer beans & onions in 2 quart container with lid
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan
Mix and bring to boil (stirring occasionally)
Pour liquid over beans & onions, seal with lid and allow to remain unopened in the refrigerator overnight
