Ingredients

    2 cups dry Penna
    2 cups dry Rainbow Twirls
    10 baby carrots, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 cup frozen peas
    2 T Dried Onion
    1 t Dried Red pepper
    3 large hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 cup Hellman's Real Mayo
    2 T yellow Mustard
    2 T Sweet Pickle Relish
    1 T white vinegar
    1 T Stevia
    2 oz Silk Cashew milk, unsweetened
    2 Cups boiled shrimp, cut in bite-sized pieces

Directions

Cook shrimp and pasta according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
