Ingredients

1 cup fresh Zucchini cubed
1 Cup Yellow Squash cubed
1 medium Onion cubed
1 cup Green Bell Pepper cubed
1 cup Red Bell Pepper cubed
1Tbsp Canola Oil
tsp seasoned salt
1 Lemon Chicken Stir-Fry Seasoning Packet
Tips
If you like your squash a little crunchy, cook less time
Directions
Cut Squash, Bell Peppers and Onions into cubes. season the cubes with seasoned salt. Add canola oil to stir fry pan and add vegetables. Stir for 3-4 minutes, add tbsp. of water and cover for about 2 minutes; add Sun-Bird lemon chicken Stir Fry mix (prepared per packet); stir for a minute until it thickens and covers vegetables. Serve.
