Introduction

My once a day go to snack. My once a day go to snack.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Cup Oatmeal
    1/2 Cup Almond Butter
    1TBSP Honey
    1/4 cup organic applesauce
    1/3 cup Protein Powder
    1/2 Cup Walnuts
    1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
    1/4 Cup Bran Fiber
    1/2 cup unsweetened Coconut
    1/4 cup raisens
    Enough Cashew or Almond milk to stir, if needed

Tips

I add and subtract ingredients. Sometimes add sunflower seeds, cut up prunes, or dried frut. Try to keep it organic as possible.


Directions

Put all ingredients in Ninja with Dough attachment and Process on Blend. Pour into Saran wrap lined pan and refrigerate for about an hour.
