12 oz uncooked whole-grain elbow pasta
3 (14.5-oz) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes
24 pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
½ cup chopped fresh basil
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 (6-oz) pkg reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled

1½ lb fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
¼ tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, bring tomatoes to a boil in a large
saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer until
slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove
from heat, and stir in olives, basil and oil. Cover
and let stand 3 minutes. Divide pasta evenly
between 6 shallow bowls. Top with tomato
mixture and cheese.

medium-high heat. Coat asparagus with
cooking spray. Cook asparagus, in batches if
necessary, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender,
