Ingredients

    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated, 16 oz (remove)
    *Arborio Rice (Risotto Rice), Dry, Uncooked, 1 cup (remove)
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 4 serving (remove)
    *Dole Frozen Tropical Fruit, 3 cup (remove)
    Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Heat the Almond Milk to boiling, add the rice and simmer on the lowest heat for 35 minutes or until the rice is soft and creamy, stir in the lemon juice, zest of one lemon and truvia to taste.

Puree the torpical fruit mix once it is defrosted...layer with the rice...cool in the fridge...enjoy!
