Ingredients
-
2 cups old fashioned oats(not quick)
Baking powder 3 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
4 small ripe bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
2 large eggs

Tips
foil muffin cup liners with non stick cooking spray work best. The paper liners stick due to the lack of wheat flour in this recipe.

Blend oats in a blender or bullet until powdered. Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
Add all wet ingredients amd hand mix until combined well.
Fold in chocolate chips
Use foil muffin cups to line muffin tin and spray each cup with non stick cooking spray(paper ones will stick to muffins because this is not a flour recipe)
Pour into muffin tins and bake at 375 for 15/20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
