Ingredients

    2 cups rolled oats
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 apples (medium)
    1/2 almond milk
    1/2 unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 pecans, chopped

    6 cups water


Directions

coat pan with nonstick cooking spray. add all ingredients to the slow cooker, then add 6 cups water. cover and set on low 8-9 hours.
