Ingredients

    Side Dish - 4 Loafs of Pita Bread, 16 ounces of Tzatziki Sauce

    Meat - 20 ounce Ground Chuck, 1 Cup of Chopped Onions, 1 Clove of Chopped Garlic, 1/2 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 TBSP of Salt, 1 TBSP of Black Pepper, 1 TBSP of Paprika, 1 Cup of Au Jus Gravy

    Potatoes - 3 cups of Red Potatoes, 4 TBSP of Unsalted Butter, 1 Cup of 1% Milk

    Dessert - 1 Gallon of Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

Cooking Ground Chuck - Pour 1/2 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the Pan and wait until the pan heats up, then add the Ground Chuck, Chopped Onions, and Chopped Garlic into the pan and mix them together, then add the Salt, Pepper, and Paprika onto the Ground Chuck. Once the Ground Chuck is cooked, add 1 Cup of Au Jus Gravy into the pan and mix it with the Ground Chuck, then let the mixture come to a boil, then turn the temperature to Low.

Making Mashed/Whipped Potatoes - Chop up the Red Potatoes to smaller pieces and add them into a large pot, then fill the pot with water until the top layer of the Red Potatoes is covered, then boil the Red Potatoes until they are soft. Then add 4 Tablespoons of Butter into the Red Potatoes and wait until the Butter melts, then start mashing the Red Potatoes while adding 1 Cup of Milk into the pot.

Creating Potato Turbate - Create one layer of Mashed Potatoes on the bottom of the dish pan, then cover that layer with the Ground Chuck, then repeat the process 1 to 2 more times. Then turn the oven to 350 - 400 Degrees and wait until oven has preheated. Then put the dish pan and let the Potato Turbate cook for 30 minutes.
