Ingredients

    1 1/4 lbs Jenny-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 - Medium Onion Diced
    1 Clove Garlic minced
    1 - 15oz can Hunts Tomato Sauce
    1 - 15 oz Can Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes Original Recipe
    1 tsp - Dried Oregano
    1 tsp - Tone's Italian Seasoning
    1 6oz bag - Dole Baby Spinach
    5 oz - Whole grain Farfalle (bowtie) pasta
    1/2 Cup - Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1 1/2 Cup - Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella

Directions

Brown Ground turkey with the onion and garlic, then place mixture into the crock pot. Add the tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and seasonings. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours. Add the last 4 ingredients and turn the crock pot up to high for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Reserve 1/2 cup of Mozzarella that will be sprinkled on top during last 5 minutes of cooking.
