Ingredients

    Cookie Batter:
    2/3 Cups of liquid Egg White
    4 Tbs. High Fiber Coconut Flour
    2 Tbs. Cocoa and Coconut Chia and Flax Seed Mix
    1 Tbs. Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
    1 ts. Low Sodium Baking Powder
    a few drops of Monk Fruit Extract for sweeter taste

    Glaze:
    1/2 scoop of Designer Whey Protein Powder
    1 cap full of 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
    Water until desired consistency


Directions

Combine and Mix all Cookie Batter ingredients and place on an electric griddle.
Cook until able to flip
Flip the cookie to the other side and cook until it hardens but is still moist.
While the cookies are cooking, mix the Glaze ingredients up.
Once the cookies are done place on a plate and ice them. Then consume and enjoy!

Serving Size: 10 Cookies ( 1 spoonfull of batter= 1 cookie)
