Ingredients

    4 cans mackerel from chicken of the sea
    1 onion
    saltine crackers
    3 eggs

Tips

Cook until both sides are browned, flipping each side after about 5-6 minutes.


Directions

mix mackerel, all eggs, 6 saltine crackers, and one diced onion in a bowl. Pat out fish patties. Fry in the oil, using only as much oil as needed at a time.
