Ingredients

    Turkey, ground
    Green pepper, chopped
    Onion, chopped
    Crumbled feta cheese
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    Garlic powder
    Franks

Directions

Chop onion and green pepper
Add to ground turkey - 1/2 98% and 1/2 93%
add garlic powder and blue cheese crumbles and hot sauce to the ground turkey
make into 11 1/2 cup meatballs
bake on sprayed cookie sheet 30-40 minutes.
