Introduction

Ingredients

1.5 cups oats
1 cup all bran cereal
7 scoops whey protein isolate (vanilla)
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp Qi'a cereal or 2 tbsp chia seeds
1 mashed banana
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 tbsp nut butter
1/4 cup melted butter
Topping
1.5 oz (~1/4 cup) dry-roasted peanuts
1 cup melted chocolate chips
Directions
Mix ingredients together and press into a 9X13 pan lined with lightly greased parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave (30 sec in microwave, stir, another 30 sec in microwave, stir). Press peanuts into the top and spread melted chocolate over top. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hr. remove from pan, peel off parchment paper and cut into 16 bars. Keep in fridge for up to 2 weeks (these bars also freeze well!).

Melt chocolate chips in microwave (30 sec in microwave, stir, another 30 sec in microwave, stir). Press peanuts into the top and spread melted chocolate over top.
