Ingredients

    2.25 cups flour
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda
    1 pkg 8 oz light cream cheese
    1/4 cup softened butter
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
    2 eggs
    .5 cup walnuts (optional)

Tips

Cool and enjoy.


Directions

Combine sugar, butter and cream cheese - beat well. Add mashed bananas and eggs - mix well. Add flour, baking powder and soda - mix to combine. Add nuts. Place 1/2 cup + batter in each of small loaf (8 loaves in one pan). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
