Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
    1/4 cup avocado oil
    3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbs sesame oil
    (or use 1/2 cup canola oil... I like the depth of these flavors better...)
    4 tsp miso
    2 Tbs red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Keeps in refrigerator up to a week. Shake, as needed, before using.

Serving Size: makes 20 servings, 1 Tbs each
