This is a great sandwich bread. Slice thin as it is a very dense heavy bread. If you can find the corn extract that is no carb that would be a great addition to this recipe and would make perfect low carb, gluten free, corn bread. The bread has the same texture as cornbread. Baking Soda
Eggs
Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1/4 tsp sea salt
***1/2 cup coconut oil can be substituted in place of the almond milk but will result in different nutritional information.
Tips
If you want a sandwich size slice of bread double this recipe to make the bread taller.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
