Ingredients

    2 cups Chicken Broth
    10 Chicken Thighs - skin and bone removed
    1 bag Cajun Mirepoix mix (onion, celery, green pepper)
    1 cup sliced Carrots
    1/2 cup Tri-Color Rotini
    Herbs/Spices to taste

Tips

Pull excess fat from chicken thighs before using.
I use garlic, parsley, basil, paprika, and pepper.


Directions

Place chicken thighs, mirepoix, and carrots in slot cooker. Add broth and herbs/spices.
Cook on high setting for 3-4 hours (until chicken is falling apart).
Boil water and cook pasta.
Add pasta to slow cooker. Let cook another 10 or 15 minutes.
