Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    3 cups Rolled Oats, Old Fashioned
    1/2 Cup Applesauce
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1sp Vanilla Extract
    1sp coconut extract
    1/4 cup Vegetable Oil (4 tbsp)
    1 1/2 Milk Lactose fat Free
    1 cup Raisins



Tips

Don't forget to line the muffin trap it is needed.


Directions

Preheat oven 350. line your muffin pans. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, oil, and brown sugar. Do until sugar dissolves. Add applesauce, Milk, Vanilla and coconut extract, and cinnamon. Whisk until combined. Stir in oats and Baking powder.
Fill in muffin pan with mix. Add favorite toppers. Bake in over for 30 minutes. 5 minutes to cool.
