Introduction

This Smoothie/Juice is not as thick as most Smoothies but thicker than a juice and contains the whole fruit. Very filling and perfect for breakfast or a dessert drink! Ingredients

    about 2 cups whole frozen Strawberries
    1/3 cup Trader Joes raw cashew pieces
    2 Medjool Dates from Costco, pitted
    1 tablespoon Chia Seeds from Costco
    dash of pink Himalayan Salt
    2-3 cups of filtered water

Tips

I drink this whole thing for breakfast, but if eating something else as well I would happily split it with my wife!


Directions

add all solid ingredients to Blendtec or high powered blender, poor in water up to the 4 cup mark, put on lid and hit the Whole Juice Button.
Then poor into 1 quart jar and drink!
...or spit into pint jars and share with someone, for a 2 cup serving each!
