Ingredients

    Frozen Green Beans
    Frozen Corn
    Garbanzo Beans
    Kidney Beans
    Olive Oil
    Apple Cider Vinegar

Tips

You can substitute mixed vegetables for the corn, other types of beans for the garbanzo or kidney beans, other vinegar for the cider and use any appropriate seasoning mix. I also sometimes add diced celery and red onion.


Directions

Defrost frozen vegetables in luke-warm water. Add rinsed canned beans. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Add seasoning (I like Lemon Pepper). Toss. Serve with slotted spoon

Serving Size: Twelve 3/4-cup servings
