Ingredients

    *Butterball Everyday Ground Turkey Breast All Natural 99% Fat Free Extra Lean, 2 packages
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .25 cup
    *Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1/2 package chopped
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup, or more as needed
    *4C 100% Whole Wheat Plain Breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup or more as needed
    2 cloves garlic finely diced
    *Sweet Bell Peppers (Baby) (1 Serving = 2 Peppers 80g), 4 small chopped
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large whisked in separate bowl
    Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) diced finely
    *365 Organic Sundried Tomatoes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5-6 slices diced
    *Semi Sundried Tomatoes [in herb & garlic oil], about a tablespoon for flavor
    Apple, Gala (medium), 1/2 diced
    10 slices of bacon wrapped around outside of loaf, may need less if your loaf is smaller.

Directions

Chop all veggies, whisk egg, add all ingredients to meat, mix until all together. Place in cake pan, shape into long loaf, cover with slices of turkey bacon/ bake for approximately 1 hour until no longer pink in middle. Bake at 375 degrees
