    2 cans diced tomatoes. Italian style with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
    1 large onion diced
    2 pats butter
    1/2 tsp glucomannan powder
    1/4 half & half


We eat this over zucchini, eggs, is very good.


Heat cast iron skillet. Melt butter and stir in diced onions. Cook till soft. Sprinkle glucomannan powder over onions and add tomatoes with their juice. Stir while it thickens. Turn off heat and stir in 1/2 and 1/2 cream.

Serving Size: Makes a skillet full
