Ingredients

    Salad:
    3 cups baby spinach, rinsed and dried
    2 cups fresh blackberries
    6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
    2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

    Dressing:
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1.5 tablespoons honey
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon Grey Poupon mustard

Tips

Substitute:
Walnuts in place of pecans
Cherry instead of grape tomatoes


Directions

In a large bowl, toss together baby spinach, blackberries, crumbled feta cheese, halved grape tomatoes, chopped green onion, and finely chopped pecans.

Put the olive oil, vinegar, honey, garlic, and mustard in a jar. Shake briskly to mix. Pour over and toss the salad just before serving.
