Ingredients

Whole Wheat Penne (3 ounces)
Chicken Breast (precooked, skinless, baked) (3 Ounces)
Spinach (.5 cup)
Garlic (1 tablespoon)
Mushrooms (.5 cup)
Nonfat Greek Yogurt (2 Tablespoons)
Onions (.25 cup)
Bell peppers (.25 Cup
Feta Cheese (2 Tablespoons)
Olive Oil (.5 Tablespoon)
Tips
Cook the chicken the night before with a lemon herb mix!
Directions
Put whole wheat penne pasta in water and boil for 15 minutes
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the veggies.
Put your stovetop on medium heat and place olive oil in pan. Add your precooked chicken, spinach, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers when the pan is hot. After about 5 minutes, add garlic and a pinch of pepper to the chicken. Stir frequently. Cook til they are nicely sauteed.
After pasta is done cooking, strain and put in the nonfat greek yogurt. Stir for a few seconds.
Place mushrooms with pasta and stir. Add feta to the top and enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes .5-1 serving size, Double or triple for more servings
