Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups - spinach (chopped)
    1 1/2 cup - romaine lettuce (shredded)
    1 - hard boiled egg (chopped)
    3 slices - Oscar Mayer turkey breast (shredded)
    5 - baby carrots, raw (chopped)
    3/4 tbsp - extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp - garlic powder
    2 oz - feta cheese (crumbled)

    Salt and black pepper to taste.

Tips

*add a little vinegar to the water to keep the egg from breaking

Try using a container with a lid. Cover the salad and shake it around to distribute oil and spices evenly.


Directions

1. Set one egg in a pot and fill up enough to cover the egg with water*. Once done, peel, and set aside. Chop into small pieces when cooled.

2.Wash and dry all veggies, then chop spinach, lettuce, and baby carrots and place them in bowl or salad container.

3. Place chopped egg into the bowl with the veggies, then add the turkey breast slices (shred them with your hands or chop them with a knife)

4. Add feta cheese, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

5 Mix together and enjoy
