Ingredients

3 slices bacon or 1.5 oz. pancetta
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
Bertollli olive oil spray
2 c. skim milk
1 c. fat-free Half & Half
3 oz. Velvetta 2%
8 oz. Greek Cream Cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Tips
If too thin, use 1 tbsp. of cornstarch or flour to thicken. Adds approx. 10 cal. per serving.
Directions
Fry bacon/pancetta, chopped onions and garlic in large frying pan with olive oil spray.
Add milk, half & half, cream cheese, Velvetta, nutmeg, pepper. Stir frequently. Do not boil. Add parmesan, stir until melted.
Cook pasta and drain.
Add pasta to sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
