Ingredients

    • ¼ c Oats (We used purely elizabeth’s Original Ancient Grain Oatmeal, packed with good-for-you ancient grains!)
    • ¼ c Milk of Choice
    • ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
    • ½ Apple, Sliced
    • 1 Frozen Banana, Sliced
    • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
    • 1 tbsp Mixed Roasted Unsalted Nuts (Optional. We used almonds and pecans)
    • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
    • Pinch of Sea Salt
    • 1 GoodBelly StraightShot

Directions

Combine oats, milk and chia seeds in a small bowl, cover and let soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. When the oats are done, combine oat mixture, apple, banana, honey, nuts, spices and GoodBelly StraightShot in a powerful blender, and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with extra nuts, a dash of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey, if desired.
