Introduction

Put the rinsed rice (1 cup as a whole), add the milk and almond milk (if you want, add a pinch of salt) in a crock pot. Cook at high during 2 hours.
When it is cooked, some liquid should be remaining.
Divide the 2 eggs : beat the white until it make peaks
Beat the 2 yolks with the sugar and add it to the riceri
Stir well
Add this preparation to the beaten whites.
I love sprinkling the top of that rice pudding with a lot of powdered nutmeg. Some like it with cinnamon, and others like it as is.
Put into the refrigerator.
This is good for 4 portions. Enjoy !
