    2 bananas, medium-sized
    1 cup blackberries
    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup vanilla yogurt
    4 oz apple juice

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender.
Push 'blend', then 'liquify'.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
