Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1/4 c coconut milk
    1/2 t vanilla extract
    1/4 t ground cinnamon
    1 T chia seeds

Tips

make the night before and it's ready for breakfast. fresh fruit goes well on top.


Directions

blend together the banana, coconut milk, vanilla and cinnamon. stir in chia seeds. pour into serving container, cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour. Overnight is the best.
