Ingredients

    1/2 banana
    5 strawberries
    1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (any other berries are fine)
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    4 - 6 ice cubes

Tips

I use different fruits depending on what is available fresh. Frozen fruit is also very good.


Directions

cut banana into large slices and cut strawberries in half. put all ingredients into a blender (I have a Nutri-bullet). Pulse for a few seconds or until well blended.
