Ingredients

    3/4 c sugar
    1/4 c splenda
    2 large eggs
    2 Tb. strong coffee
    1/4 c melted butter
    1 c white whole wheat flour
    2/3 c cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c belgian chocolate chips
    1/2 c chopped hazel nuts

Directions

Beat eggs, sugar and splenda with a mixer until thick and pale yellow. Add coffee, butter, vanilla and salt to the sugar mixture, mix well. Add flour and cocoa, mix until just blended. Add chips and nuts, fold together and spread in a 8x8" greased pan. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven 20-25 minutes until done.
