Ingredients

    1 LB GROUND TURKEY
    1/2 CUP MUSHROOMS (CHOPPED)
    1 CUP BABY SPINACH STEMS REMOVED
    1 CAN DICED TOMATOES, W BASIL, GARLIC, OREGANO ( I USED ABOUT 3/4 OF THE CAN
    2 TSP OREGANO
    5 TSP GARLIC POWDER
    SALT TO TASTE
    2 TBSP parsely
    1 egg
    6 triskets crackers (crumbled)

    mix all ingredients together and place equal parts into cupcake pan, (mine were filled to the top) put in oven and bake 350 for around 40 mins depending on the heat of your oven

Directions

BAKE AT 350 FOR AROUND 40 MINS. ONCE DONE TOPE WITH A LITTLE KETCHUP ON EACH ONE AND BROIL AROUND 5 MINS.
